Dear Alumni and Friends,

Here comes summer - a wonderful time to be outside, enjoy the season’s activities and a great opportunity for Mount Saint John!

We are beginning a new Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance program that will help teach our boys valuable jobs skills and significantly reduce our ongoing lawn care costs. But we need your support to make it happen.

 By self maintaining our lawn and not paying outside contractors, Mount Saint John will save over $23,000 annually, while teaching our young men landscaping maintenance skills.

           With over 13 acres of grass to cut at Mount Saint John, that’s a huge opportunity for our boys to learn valuable job skills that will lead to employment when they return to the community.

          Donor support made it possible for us to renovate our classrooms, open new Transitional Living quarters and provide students with a greater variety of Vocational Enrichment services. Your special contribution now will help purchase the equipment and supplies needed so Mount Saint John will be able to implement this new program for our young men, care for and improve our grounds and…save money! That means more resources to invest in our life-changing programs for the boys.
